Conquest Equipment, a family owned and operated company, has been proudly serving Australian businesses for more than 40 years.
Traditionally a regional player with a predominant focus on Victoria, a rapid growth phase presented an opportunity to expand into new locations, entering new markets in Sydney, Brisbane and beyond.
Like many specialist business-to-business equipment suppliers, Conquest’s success is tied to acquiring leads in both new and existing territories.
The requirement was to achieve a specific number of leads each week, which we were asked to do exclusively through online channels. This was to be achieved in partnership with their internal marketing team and external technical team.
Starting with a discovery workshop, we completed a deep dive into the Conquest business and established a list of priorities. We started with optimisation of the Conquest website to assist with the user journey, then enhanced their SEO and reworked their live chat to leverage the benefits of automation. We then created a series of paid search ads and drove traffic to custom landing pages which offered a free pricing guide and free onsite assessments.
Attention to detail with the unique requirements and positioning of the brand has resulted in highly effective marketing activity, with all the business goals being achieved. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and Conquest is now beginning planning for further growth.
